For the highest level, and most bespoke service the solution is of course to work one to one with me.
In session we work out exactly what you need to move forward, and get your brain peppy again.
Average amount of sessions varies, but is usually between 6 - 12 sessions. You tell me when you are good. My aim is always to teach you the best tools that you can use by yourself going forward in life, not to keep you in sessions for years!
First Consultation is free, with the following prices applicable going forward:
£75 per a session. £375 for 6 sessions.
The Audio Bitch.
Prefer to listen and explore at your own pace? In this case, the audio library is perfect for you. As well as access to our free brain hug, access more guided relaxations. From the 5 minute visualisation breath work, to the longer sessions focusing on specific topics including coping with anxiety, depression and migraines all the way through to boosting your confidence so you can step into the Bad Bitch that you are.
The Class Bitch.
When humans come together that shizz is POWERFUL. Expect beautiful, and a variety of immersive day experiences and classes, that will give you an introduction to hypnotherapy, and the tools you can use in every day life bringing you back to the real you.
